Before you get started, please be sure to always check out this documentation. We outline all kinds of good information, and provide you with all the details you need to use Turka Wordpress. Turka Wordpress can only be used with Wordpress and we assume that you already have Wordpress installed and ready to go.

Wordpress Information
To install this theme you must have a working version of WordPress already installed. If you need help installing WordPress, follow below sites and tutorials from WordPress.com, hope everything that you need are there.
WordPress Codex - General info about WordPress and how to install on your server.
Below is a list of items you should ensure your host can comply with. We recommend using A2 Hosting or Blue Host for all your hosting needs.
Check to ensure that your web host has the minimum requirements to run WordPress.
Always make sure they are running the latest version of WordPress.
You can download the latest release of WordPress from official WordPress website.
Always create secure passwords for FTP and Database.
Recommended PHP Configuration Limits
Many issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

post_max_size 32M

Install Theme via FTP Client
Unzip turka.zip file (the zip file is inside Theme files folder you have downloaded from ThemeForest). Connect to your FTP server and navigate to the folder where your WordPress is installed. Go to wp-content/themes/ and upload turka folder (the path will look like this: wp-content/themes/turka).
2. Open wordpress admin panel (navigate through web browser to the folder where you have installed the WordPress e.g www.your_domain.com/wp-admin/) and go Appearance > Themeson admin sidebar. Activate turka theme.
3. After activate theme, you will see Welcome page.
Install Theme via WordPress Admin Panel
Open wordpress admin panel (navigate through web browser to the folder where you have installed the WordPress e.g www.your_domain.com/wp-admin/) and go Appearance > Themes on admin sidebar. Activate turka theme.
Click Add New link and click Upload Theme link. Please upload turka.zip file (the zip file is inside Theme files folder you have downloaded from ThemeForest).
Once the theme is done uploading it will automatically install.
Open wordpress admin panel (navigate through web browser to the folder where you have installed the WordPress e.g www.your_domain.com/wp-admin/) and go Appearance > Themes on admin sidebar. Activate turka theme.
Plugin Installation
After installing and activating the theme, you should install and activate the required and recommended plugins in Turka > Plugins.
Please install the plugin.
Turka theme includes various plugins - Turka Support, Revolution Slider plugins and etc.
Required plugins:
Turka Support - Drag and drop page builder for WordPress. Take full control over your WordPress site, build any layout you can imagine – no programming knowledge required.
Contact Form 7 - Just another contact form plugin. Simple but flexible.
Revolution Slider - Revolution Slider is the most advanced responsive WordPress slider plugin with layer.
Demo Install
You can install demo in Turka > Install Demos.
Please click import button and configure the installing options and install demo.

Slider Settings
Step 1 – Go the the Revolution Slider tab in your WP Admin, and click the Import Slider button.
Step 2 – Choose the .ZIP file of the slider you’d like to import.
Step 3 – Once you’ve chosen the .ZIP file, an Import Slider button will appear.
Step 4 – Click the Import Slider button, and wait for it to finish uploading.
Step 5 – Once it’s finished uploading, you will now see your imported slider in the list of Revolution Sliders available.
How To Import Revolution Slider v5 Demo Sliders
In the new Revolution Slider version 5.0 by ThemePunch, They’ve introduced the Free Slider Exchange. The Free Slider Exchange is a database of both official and user submitted slider templates that you can download for free and use on your own website. To learn more about this new feature, please keep reading below.
IMPORTANT NOTE – Using the new ‘Add Slider Template’ option will not work unless you have a separate, registered license for this slider plugin. If you only have the Revolution Slider through the Avada theme, then you will need to use an alternative method, explained below.
Alternative RevSlider Demo Slider Import Method
Step 1 – To start downloading the slider templates, go to this link here.
Step 2 – Hover over the slider of your choice then click the Download link. A .zip file containing the demo slider will be downloaded to your computer.
Step 3 – Once you’ve downloaded the slider of your choice, you can now import it. To import the slider, go to your WP Dashboard then to the Revolution Slider tab. Click Import Slider and follow the on screen prompts.
IMPORTANT NOTE – These sliders include all of the media required and as a result some of the .ZIP files are fairly large (Almost 10MB+).
Failed Demo Slider Import
If the Demo Slider Template fails to import and you see the following error:
WARNING: POST CONTENT-LENGTH OF 15343652
BYTES EXCEEDS THE LIMIT OF 8388608
This error shows us that the server’s default max_post_size for PHP is less than the imported file size. To resolve this, please contact your hosting provider and request that they change PHP Post Max Sizeto at least 32M. Adjusting this is done by increasing the PHP configuration limit in the servers php.ini file: post_max_size=32M

Site Speed Up
We recommend using the Better Wordpress Minify and WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache plugins.
Better Wordpress Minify
This plugin allows you to minify your CSS and JS files for faster page loading for visitors. This plugin uses the PHP library Minify and relies on WordPress's enqueueing system rather than the output buffer (will not break your website in most cases). This plugin is very customizable and easy to use.

You can use this plugin with WP Super Cache plugin.
Please install and activate Better Wordpress Minify plugin.
Please go BWP Minify on admin sidebar.
Please configure the General Options, Advanced Options, Manage enqueued Files sections.
Please check your site after complete the configuration.
Page Crashed!
Please go BWP Minify > Manage enqueued Files.
Please click Scripts to NOT minify and add the script handles to be ignored (not minified).
Please click Styles to NOT minify and add the style handles to be ignored (not minified).
For example, you can add the following code to ignore the visual composer css file.
WP Super Cache
This plugin is very fast caching plugin for WordPress.

You can use this plugin with Better Wordpress Minify plugin.
Please install and activate WP Super Cache plugin.
Please go Settings > WP Super Cache on admin sidebar.
Please check your site after complete the configuration.
W3 Total Cache
This plugin is the highest rated and most complete WordPress performance plugin. Dramatically improve the speed and user experience of your site. Add browser, page, object and database caching as well as minify and content delivery network (CDN) to WordPress.

Please go Performance > General Settings on admin sidebar.
Please configure the General, Page Cache, Minify, Database Cache, Object Cache, Browser Cache and more sections.
